Project Sabeel is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting various charitable causes through the generosity of our donors. As such, we have established the following policy regarding refunds for donations made through our website www.projectsabeel.com (the "Site").

General Policy on Donations:

All one-time donations made to Project Sabeel through the Site are considered voluntary contributions to support our charitable activities. Generally, these donations are non-refundable. We carefully allocate these funds to our various projects based on the needs and priorities at the time of receipt.

Refunds for Donation Subscription Fees:

Donation subscription fees are non-refundable, except in the following specific circumstances:

• Technical Error: If a billing error occurs on our end that results in an incorrect charge for your subscription fee, we will review the situation and may issue a refund for the erroneous amount. You must notify us of such an error within 30 days of the charge.
• Service Disruption: In the event of a prolonged and significant disruption to the Services directly related to your donation subscription (if such services are offered as part of the subscription), Project Sabeel may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial or full refund of the most recent subscription fee.

Consideration of Exceptional Circumstances for One-Time Donations:

We understand that truly exceptional circumstances may arise where a refund of a one-time donation might be requested. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Project Sabeel. Factors we may consider include:

• Clear and demonstrable error made by the donor during the donation process.
• Unauthorized use of your payment method (provided you notify us promptly).
• Other compelling reasons deemed appropriate by Project Sabeel.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund (for eligible subscription fees or exceptional one-time donations), you must contact us within 7 days of the charge/donation and provide the following information:

• Your full name and contact information (email address and phone number).
• The date and amount of the donation/subscription fee.
• The payment method used.
• A clear and detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request, including any supporting documentation.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
